How accurate are the predictions?
Jyotir AI uses Swiss Ephemeris for precise astronomical calculations and a Logic Engine to extract yogas, doshas, dasha periods, and planetary aspects from your birth chart. The AI then provides personalized Vedic analysis grounded in this computed chart data. However, astrology should be used for guidance and self-reflection, not as definitive life advice. Can I delete my data?
Yes, anytime! Go to Settings in the app and use the storage management tools to delete profiles, chat history, or all data. Since everything is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. Deleting browser data also removes all Jyotir AI data.
Is Jyotir AI free to use?
Yes, Jyotir AI is currently free to use with 7 free chats per day. We may introduce optional premium features in the future to sustain development, but the core functionality will always remain accessible. You can also support the project through donations.
Why do you need my exact birth time?
In Vedic astrology, the Ascendant (Lagna) changes approximately every 2 hours, and the Moon sign can change within a day. Your exact birth time is crucial for calculating your accurate Ascendant, house positions, and planetary periods (Dasha). Without precise timing, predictions become significantly less accurate. If you don't know your exact birth time, we recommend using 12:00 PM as an approximation.
